and yes i wouldn't get the 350z roadster....i want something with atleast enough backseat for me to throw stuff into.

Ok because this has gone on for so long I forget what kind of car you are looking. Do you want to track it? Drag it? What is important? Obviously you want something unique and quick, but do you want a coupe or four door?
Turbo or NA?

Then any JDM 2 door would be fine. I mean, if your over 5'5 the back seats are pretty much useless.

Wanna be unique, get a 92 Mini Moke or if your lucky find an Isetta 300

It will mainly be used just for crusing around regina and a daily driver...but i will be going to SIR with friends this summer and wouldnt mind something that i could try at the autox track as well.

NA is alright or turbo...but probably not a V8 just becuase of fuel mileage(i live out of town for now and my truck gets bad enough fuel mileage for 2 vehicles!! 14mpg sucks)

Well because of the type of cars you hang out with I would not recommend a JDM import. You'll stick out with your 15 year old car.

Maybe look into an RX 8 not too many youngish people drive those. Or look into an Audi, get a turbo one and chip it. You'll be over 200hp and have AWD which is good for Auto X. Plus if you get a sedan you can toss things in the back and you don't have to worry about stepping on your friends toes with their Subarus and Lancers.

I'll keep thinking but that is what I got so far.

mine is chipped and is suppose to have over 200hp
yet still its probably one of the slowest cars on the board

and a BMW 850 is a terrible car. there is a ONE YEAR wait for most parts for them.
Then egine is garbage. it is essentially 2, 2.5L straight sixes bolted together
it has 6 ECUs for just the engine. stay away if you know whats good for you.

Buy a Pontiac GXP. supercharged, v8, and 4 door. and they don't look terribly ugly. you'll surprise more than your average guy at a light, on at SIR.

He can't get an RX8 because someone in his "crew" already has one.

I like the audi idea. go with that

I know before I even type this someone will probably beak but I just wanted to clear up a few things.....

Im not arrogant, when I see a nicely modded car I appreciate it. The other day when the 240sx beat me I wasnt thinking what an asshole, I was actually thinking, wow that car is fast and I was appreciating it. Id actually love to see the car up close as Im a fan of every type of car, whether its a 15 year old JDM or an 09. Our crew is not arrogant either, I would actually like to see more people joining up for a big car meet like we used to have in the UK where im from. People enjoying cars, thats all its about. Not arrogance, there is someone always faster than me and you.

Yes I have to agree that a normal WRX is not a particulary nice car but when you consider the 09 has 55hp over the previous years and mine is now running over 300hp im pretty happy with it. Which brings me back to my first point, if im running over 300hp and the 240sx is leaving me im not annoyed im actually really impressed that someone has taken the time and effort to mod their car properly and make it crazy fast! So 240sxy I would like to see your car up close, the rims are sick and I would be interested to see whats been done to it and meet other local drivers.

So everyone this shouldnt turn into a beak fest about im better than you its simple and im sure were all adults, I love my car its what ive always wanted, im sure you love your car and if you enjoy cars as much as I do you will feel that mutual respect and having fun is more important than saying im better than you. If you see us out or if we are (rarely) stopped at Golden mile, cruise over and say hi, its always nice to meet other enthusiasts. Surely a mass cruise could be arranged sometime? There are enough nice cars in Regina!

Anyway ive written loads so lets just have some fun and enjoy our cars !

If I have learned anything people get along a lot better after they meet in person.( I haven't hated Corey for a whole week now ) . Anyway I do agree with what binjoau is saying. I don't know if you have posted any pics of your car but if not please do so. Looks pretty clean.

Also Layne isn't your car slow because your turbo doesn't work properly? I have driven a chipped A4 and it was pretty good.

Yeah it would be awesome to get a massive crew together and meet everyone. Ive been to lots in the UK, sometimes with over 500 cars! That was for the Max Power photo shoot in Cheltenham. Not sure if any of you have heard of Max power Magazine before?

Il throw some pics of the rex pretty soon, I need some better ones of the stereo install first though.

Actually thats a lie, I hate on people that follow me so closely that if I tap the breaks i'm going to get rear ended. Because a 4 door bumper is not the same as a 2 door bumper. They are not interchangeable.

Hes not hating at all, he knows his stuff, just things get so quickly blown out of proportion on forums, its like texts, when there is no tone of voice things get messed up.

Hey 240sxy I am sorry that I came accross that way as I did not mean to...it looks like we both misenterpretted each other because I thought you were beaking about your car being the shit and you thought I was talking up my crew...so once again I apologize as I didn't mean to come across like that.
