cut the springs and wide steelies with an inch of poke and stretched tires, boom done!

It wasn't today but yesterday I went to check up on the new bushings and bleed the brake system with the new M/C and found my drivers side wheel bearing completely shot, movement in all positions(12 & 6, 3 & 9 etc.) tie rods and balljoints are all brand new. I paid like $150 2 years ago for that wheel bearing.

Instead of cutting the springs you could buy the 280zx parts and do it. Does the 510 have springs in the back? If it doesn't there are a few was to approach that. Nice car Dustin. Did someone buy that qcma Z? they should!

replaced my intake manifold with a Skunk2 unit and deleted my fast idle valve and pcv valve. hoping it solved my problem and I can drive er this sunday

what problem did you hope the intake manifold solved?

i think the same as you! lol, im actually heading to clavet tomorrow to pull some struts off a 280zx, i will keep you posted how it turns out.

and yes it has springs in the back.

the original one I had was off like a 89-91 b series and has a bunch of weird emissions garbage and vacuum ports and the like. Seeing as Ive delted alot of stuff it seems to be causing a problem, i also thought the casting was possibly cracked around a vacuum nipple or something as i could hear it leaking while running but checked all the hoses and no problem.

Im working on it tonight and tomorrow and hoping I can drive it tomorrow, need to get some welding done first

Which motor did you swap? Was it a wiper motor? Power window motor? Blower motor? Sounds simple...However engine swaps can get quite complicated.

i upgraded my wiper motor to push stuff off my windshield.

Fixed my window and dash installed a new stereo and put new mirrors on that I found at a wrecker
