| Wow! I'm most amazed that the engine does not move in the engine bay at all. Must be just straight solid mounts on engine and transmission. I bet you can feel that tingle on your bum! So has this car ever been down a 1/4 mile? | |

| http://www.bcrotary.com/showthread.php?10894-923-RWHP-20b-First-genQuote from BC Rotary by Marko Builder of the car >> QUESTION??...You're running 900 RWHP through a W58??? Is that some kind of record? ANSWER!!.....Yup! Remember this thing weighs only 2500lbs..... The w58 in a 4000lb supra suffers abit. Aussis use the w58 alot in their drag 13b setups and they hold up great... And I have put 850 through a t2 trans..... And the w58 is much stronger and the input shaft is quite a bit larger... I get the same reaction from alot of people and what we have done with factory equipment shows that oem trans with the right clutch can do the job! forcefedracing.ca 2jzgte built engine 8.70 @ 162mph 1993 supra 2jz 9.16@ 154mph (WORLDS quickest and fastest Stock block Toyota Supra) Rotary Rob 9.65@145mph (WORLDS quickest and fastest OEM drivetrain Mazda) Mission Sport Compact (outright fastest and quickest) first in 10's, 9's 8's #2 (closed wheel record holder) (roadrace) 1.085m fastest lap Highest MPH (import) Mission (drag) 162mph Highest MPH (rotary) Mission (drag) 147 mph Quickest/highest RWHP, Supra in Canada(1252rwhp) Highest hp s4 13bt factory intake+tb 899 rwhp@47psi (Robs whore) 900+rwhp 20b turbo | |

| i guess with your budget destroying a couple cheap transmissions in a year isnt a big deal. my w58 lasted about a season of abuse in 3000lbs car with 200hp. | |
