| Its due to supras and skylines etc not having wrap around taillights (cant see them from the side of the vehicle) Skylines have a big problem with this if people are sticky
What ive seen done is people buy some wire them in and run the wires along the outside of the vehicle lol and 2 side tape the lights on, that way it techincally passes and then you just tear them off after of course | |

| car did not pass because wires are not inside of the car, and lights are not "stationary" | |

| of course hahaha, and minute muffler albert ill bitch and try to make them reason, theres no where in the sgi book that says its unsafe or illegal? To run wires on the side of the car, or to double side tape the lights on, they say its not stationary, because they can just rip them off. So I have to think of an idea to fight back to that. They asked for side markers amber front ones and rear red ones. I gave it to them, they light up work and serve there purpose. He has no right to say if they're temporary or not. I could leave them on for the whole year if i wanted to. If this doesn't work, holes are going into my bumpers | |

| double side tape them to the car or something
theyre trying to fuck with you, since you found a huge grey area
if you can prove they are DOT, and sold that way there is no reason and no law against it.
you could even argue that some safety vehicles with the amber lamps on top have some wiring on the outside of the body.

| That's the exact plan, I'm going to justify it. And they are double sided taped on, what cars have the wires on the outside , and what will I say when they said its not stationary | |
