Yes as of now it is. Ontario is also picking this up i believe. Seems like a pretty harmless law really, not hard to abide by. As for cell phones, its not a stupid law at all. The penalty is crazy being its the same as running a red light but more incentive not to break it.

just draw a shift pattern with crayon on some sticker paper and cut em out when you get pulled over paste one somewhere lol
