Sorry to piss all over your parade but....the forecast is calling for rain all day friday. Suppose to be 10 on saturday and a low of zero that night. BUT the weather always changes at least 2 times before the day actually comes so i guess we will wait and see, possibly move to saturday night....

If it stays the same for the forecast probably just move the meet to Sunday night at the same place, weather is supposed to be dry and 18 degrees. Although as you said its SK so expect it to change a few times!

why not just see what fri is like and if raining move it to sat

the meet will be moved to saturday if the weather is crappy although im sure the forecast will change ten times by friday! Its saskatchewan!
