somewhat of an update.

So Yesterday I Received two calls from two separate adjusters..Heather a young nice woman and Louise an older woman.. I received a phone call from each asking me to get back to one and another so I do.. no answer from either. after playing a fun game of phone tag all fucking day I give up.. I wake up this morning to a missed call from Louise (this was at 9am) I continuously call her back through out the day until 2pm(leaving several messages).. After being fed up with her hard attempts to get back to me I finally decide to drive down to SGI commercial claims on fleet street. I arrive at my destination try calling again no answer. I ponder around the salvage area and decide to try once more as I had been walking to my car. YAY she fucking answered. I told her I wanted to talk to her about the messages I had been left from both.(really just wanting to see were my car was at.) She tells me to come in ask for her and we can write up the statement that she wanted to do over the phone. I head inside wait patiently for 20minutes as she talked with another family. She calls me in to interview room #5, I go in she asked me several quite simple questions were the car was what all happened the second time yada yada.. But then tells me I might as well do another statement that will be just a little more detailed.(one that I was already booked in for next tues to go in a do..)Well this seemed alright. first question.. Who did this. how the fuck am i supposed to know..im pretty sure I would have notified police and SGI if I had known.Ok..UHMM... well did you do this than? no?. I reply questionably. Through out this "statement" it almost seemed as if she was trying to pin this on me it drove me nuts, every time I asked her to repeat something I would get an eye roll or a fucking death stare. Going into the building I had no intention of doing this "statement" also Not knowing that she wanted every fucking detail from when i got up to the first step i walked out my front door, I answered the questions to the best of my knowledge/memory of dates,times, etc... When I arrived home today after work at around 11pm I read over the statement written by Louise and it was all fucking backwards and shit,...like it looked like something a three year old would write, nothing in order random shit everywhere.. But she was not the only one to mess up i mixed some dates myself.. Now im hoping to god she will let me change this statement that was signed to my "oath"? to fix this misleading letter she wrote. I will try to get a copy of it and post it on here to see if any of you can make sense of it...

I really dont know what im trying to get at with this accept for the fact that im very angry with SGI and I think this Louise woman should be out of a job she treated me like complete shit not sure weather I am a teenager who just turned 18 that wore a hat.Im not sure but fuck i hate this. Has anyone gone through this situation?

in situations like this when they have no suspect or culprit they try to blame the owner, theyll use tactics like double negative questions, repeating questions, repeating questions but changing the words around, and stuff to try to get you to slip up etc.

be wary and shouldve read over the statement before signing if that was a possibility

I could see sgi pulling something like that. Keep your cool. Sounds like last grab at straws before they have to pay out thousands of dollars. It's a business. Businesses try to make money. ( or in this case keep it LOL. )

ya its shitty but thats what they have to do. have you ever had to write a police statement? ive written a few and theyre the same way. they throw you around in a circle to make you say the same thing every time and you werent using a fabricated story. its the way shit works.
