| Okay I am removing the exhaust from the exhaust manifold and 2 of the 3 nuts came off like butter then the last one won't budge. I sprayed it with multiple types of sprays such as wd40, liquid wrench and another one the name slips from my head. Getting up into that area isn't exactly the most roomy of places either so does anyone have any ideas that wont damage the studs on the exhaust manifold.
EDIT: I've been using an impact wrench and wont even budge it.

Again, I don't want to damage the stud that is holding it on. That's why this is so tricky.

| hacksaw blade in hand, and cut off the nut, it will take forever, but it works. | |

| tap it with a hammer or put the socket/wrench on it and tap it with the hammer. The vibration should help loosen it and knock some of the liquid wrench inside the grooves.
IF not like already said drill, cut, chop whatever to get it out and then just re tap it. Chances are if a impact won't take it off then its rust welded it self together from age and heat

| Ah I never even thought of taking a torch to it. Although I am unsure if I even have a torch in my possession. | |

| Torch is your best bet, mind you when I did my exhaust the cat to midpipe was the problem so I cut off the nuts then like 2 weeks later I dropped the cat and the bolts welded them selves to the cat so heated those bastards up and just beat the shit out of with a hammer and replaced them.
But can you get a torch in there easy without burning something else up?

| Well I go to pick up the engine hoist tomorrow so I'll pick up a torch while I am there so hopefully I will have the nut off right away so I can move on with my to do list. Thanks
I should be able to get a torch in there, I am hoping at least.

| I thought my endlinks wouldn't come off when I put a new sway bar on, but some pb blaster and a little tap and some light reading while I let it soak and they were so easy.
Best of luck seems like you need it!

| I got my exhaust off last weekend. I used a breaker bar and went nuts. Haven't had a chance to put the new exhaust on. | |

| Today's the day, I'm going to try a torch then breaker bar. On the last 240sx I took the exhaust off and it was much more corroded and it came off sooo easy. | |

| Alright I used a propane torch, heated it up till glowing red and used a breaker bar to finish the task. Thank you guys, without this off my whole day would have been less than productive. | |
