speeding ticket.

so long story short, got pulled over because i was speeding, cop never got my actual speed. i hit around 140, and he "said" he clocked me at 120 and rising. so i asked him if i could see the radar and he said that it is not my right, ill be taking it too court just to extend the ticket date so ill have my full licence, do i have any chance in getting this lowered?

where were you speeding ?

-school zone?
-Albert?
-lewvan?
-highway?

All very different for that speed. (i guess if it was school zone or albert st. you probably wouldnt have a car right now and you would be asking how to get it out of the impound lot...and probably no license)

He turned off pasqua onto ring road going towards albert and was pulled over on that bends going onto albert.
