Im not seeing the connection to this.

From step 1 I got the idea that they could make earthquakes happens anywhere, and I would pay ALOT of money to see an earthquake Epicentre in Saskstchewan.

I was told to google it also am skeptical about the whole thing and dont know what to believe about the strange sounds.

It also claims NASA is behind it, and that it was originally meant to happen in the 80's and then got pushed back to the 90's. Then it was suppose to happen in 2000... Also the U.N is involved in it.

Essentially somebody read Alan Moore's "The Watchmen," made it really dumb and then turned into a conspiracy theory....

I'm gonna go ahead and say serpent gods, final answer.
