I looked into it briefly and no one can do high speed balancing around here apparently.

is it a garret? i sorta tried to get mine rebuilt and basically they just replace the center cartridge that holds all the bearings and everything. and it was as expensive as buying a new turbo, so i didn't do it ha
thats all the experience i have so far
