for what it seems like you want a litle bit of everything and mmmm with 2000 you cant do that...
not many bolt ons wil improve your speed. you got what it takes for suspension and possible wheels. the rest would be engine work and thats a lot of money specially in that type of engine. Dont worry about going faster yet since winter is coming and i cant see yourself going to fast in winter unless you had a AWD.
Worry about suspension now enjoy it and save over the winter if you want to do engine work. If you wanna go FI there is a guy here selling his SC which will literally bolt on to your engine.

FI= Forced Induction (turbo, supercharger)

And luis i believe that supercharger has already sold

FI = forced induction. SC = supercharger. A guy just took his supercharger off of his Civic Si, it is in the builds forum.
