| yes, its just washers with longer metric bolts. Its only beneficial in some cars. If you start screwing around with high-pressure and low-pressure zones, its not good.
I think it looks neat on turbo cars that can acutally use it. But on non-turbo cars, it might just look cheap. I say try it. You're only goign ot be out like $5 if it doesn't look good.

You need some serious offset to pull that off with your stock rims

Since it was cool to be JDM. rusted hoods are a VW thing though, and that group is unique as fuck. They have just run out of ideas, and its comming full circle.

| my hood came like this when i bought it.
the theory behind it is when you are driving, a low pressure zone is created in front of the windshield behind the hood. air is actually being SUCKED IN while you drive
at idle the air is moving outwards
dont believe me? use tape and dangle them behind your spaced up hood. they move in while you drive.
this is PERFECT and i enjoyed it, if you dont mind your hood looking broken

I like what you've done with the place. I didn't know that to be honest, about the low pressure zone. I'm glad you removed it though. I've only seen a few cars that can rock this look.
