No Hood???

Qucik question....whats with the Honda civic and 2 other integras rolling around with no hoods???

if its the red one, i think its because he rear ended someone and fucked up the hood or something ? im not sure.

the red hatch with no hood is my buddy, he rear ended someone and his car is so low the only damage was to the hood and he plans on getting a cf but has no cash right now

ive seen a integra also with no hood (forget if its red or black), and has like yellow covers on something under his hood...

Lol, my buddy made some stupid faces at the guy in the red civic with no hood so we had to race... needless to say it was a very pathetic race... There's some sweet mustang rolling around with no hood either.

Maybe he's trying to stop it from stalling cause he's bagged it to shit.

Please apologize my ignorance, but isnt illegal to drive without the hood? kuz if not, next summer im just gonna do it for fun... since sometimes i feel like doing something different to the car, but thanks to the lack of money i end up just cleaning the inside... yeah it gets kinda dirty in there sometimes

haha he was telling me he raced some wrx and i thought it might of been you, the guy he was with told me your turbo was louder then his car

I am pretty sure it is not illegal to have no hood, but I was told if you hit say a pedestrian with no hood, pedestrian incurs damage do to moving engine parts or something of the like, you will be held liable for the damage cause.

I duno.. I think it IS illegal to run w/o a hood. But im not too sure either

I could see that being illegal, but don't quote me on this.

who cares if someone runs with a hood off...its not something even remotely important

from what i understood it IS illigal because the hood is a safety issue. for pedestrians, as well as to protect from random parts flying off your motor, a few years ago my friends con rod snapped i think and a piston shot straight up out of the motor and put a nice big dent in the hood, i'm imagining that coudl do some damage elsewhere if not for that hood. also, i'm not sure but the hood may also take some force if in a front end collsion

hahahahahaha ya...thats my car, lol one thing about honda's tho is that V-tec makes the car sound mean!! i use to have a 93 Prelued SRV and it was a sweet car...but still, put a hood on, lol and ye sit is illegal and a good buddy of mine is a cop here in regina and he is trying to find that kid to give him a ticket, lol FYI
