Hey I'm looking for a place to get a compression test done and a full maintenence done on my RX7 before I drive it out to saskatoon. I know this is all relatively easy stuff but at the moment I don't have the time to do it. Let me know of some shops that have done a good job for a descent price for yourselves.
Thanks

Define FULL maintenance? What are you looking to get done exactly?

if you are selling it, why not jsut drive it VERY nicely all the way there. It shouldn't get too hot given the cold weather. Maybe flush the coolant before you leave?
Saskatoon is only 200ish kms away. You could put that on in a night of cruising around the city.

You guys are taking this all wrong. I have full confidence my car will make it there but I'm not a dick and would rather have clean fluids in my car for the guy instead of the stuff that has been sitting in it all winter. Not to mention if I thought it was gunna blow up on the way their I highly doubt a coolant and oil change would do all that much to help it.

compression test may change your thoughts about it making it to stoon, plus it wont do anyuthing whatsoever to help your car other than maybe diagnose a problem. Oil change and coolant flush arent hard, nor time comsuming.

lastly, please tell me you flushed the coolant out that came with the car...

takeit to mazda then.
and the only reason we suggested a coolant and oil change, was becasue if there were and problems with apex seals or nasty looking oil, that it would look better with fresh stuff in there. Yes it is shady, but if it helps you unload a car, then it helps you unload a car.
and seeing as how it wasn't done when you got it, now would be a good time for some extra insurance
