Should wheels be stored with or without air in them? I took my rims off for winter, but I just thought id ask if would be "better" to have air in them, or not have air in them while in storage.

Opinions?

i always start off with storing my winter tires with air
but by the middle of the winter they are all empty
so best of both worlds!

if there was a load on them air up would be best so it doesn't crease them and leaving weak sidewalls after winter? yes, no?

But if they are off I have no idea, and I would like to know the answer also.

If they hold air, keep air in them.. it keeps presure on the bead, so its less likely for them to start leaking
