lol i have had 2 different sets of HID's. Got my first set from Mitsubishi and they worked decently...some Japaneses brand too, one of the ballasts burnt out and i got a replacement off of ebay which has worked fin. Now the other ballast is going now too...so will have to get another replacement and some new H11 bulbs.

Unless you spend the money of a good "brand name" HID kit dont expect a whole lot

Stick with VVME kits. All of mine are still running fine after a few years and have come down in price to $70 shipped. PnP HID's are so cheap to manufacture these days, you'd be a sucker to pay any more in hopes of better quality.

vvme kits are very poorly made thats why they're so cheap, they discolour faster than higher end kits and die faster.

No need for hi/lo the low beams are brighter than any hibeams i have seen.. Also, those prices are a bit too high for me, specially since DDM tuning offers lifetime warranty for a fraction of the price.
