| Okay, Some of you may know about the car i was considering buying. It was put through an inspection today. Brake pads & Rotors all the way around are shot and leaking gaskets forming. I've decided to walk away and keep looking. | |

| dont bother doing anything to it. if its not ready to go then walk away.
Now dont overlook anything and dont look in the states. have patience and get something local. spring is coming and so are the cars. Patience is key.

| I don't see how you could have thought a Vr6 would be cheap to maintain. This is probably for the best.
Buy an ice cream truck. The kids will love it.

But better you know about it now, then until you buy it and find that its too much to maintain and upkeep. Buy a Civic....go CIVIC POWER!!! laugh

| There is nothing wrong with a Vr6, they are tanks of a motor. Just do the chains every 90,000 and keep things clean. I reluctantly sold my 92 GTI last month to a friend. It has the Audi TT 3.2L Vr6 in it. When I buy a new VW in a while, nothing else but a VR with suffice. | |
