x5 To be honest I never thought things were that bad on here, then again I don't take anything said on here personally, people just need to relax.

I dont want this site to end, where would I go to hear about random stuff, plan events and meets, and meet new ppl and see other peoples cars?

You guys are right to say that we all pretty much met through this site, I knew a bunch of guys before but through this site and meets because of this site I've met a ton of people that I would have never otherwise met.

Maybe some changes could be made but everyone on here was new at one point and survived, if you couldn't put up with a little beaking then how have you survived this long in the world?

Also, DONT change the background color, I like the black, its way easier on the eyes then light colors.

There is a lot of needless bashing going on, but a good chunk is just defensive, because someone says something like a hit below the belt.
I have met a couple of you, a while ago, and you are pretty cool guys off the forum.
I will agree with the background colour, it should be something lighter.
A "Welcome Noobs" forum would be perfect.
And something should be done about the bashing still. Stop a small problem before it becomes a big one, and don't shun the guys with cars that can't drift, or aren't JDM coolness.
Like it says up top, on the home page, "A place for car enthusiasts." You like cars, you have a passion for them? This should be a place for you.

stfu candian_ef, your such a homo! I will continue to bash you because your car cant drift, isnt jdm and because you stole my name. Your not a car enthusiast because you bring up your gf problems on this site, who does that!?!?

I brought that up once, and never again.
Reasons like this are why QCA is dying anyways.
Also, I didn't steal your name, you stole it from the Honda enthusiasts. Guess what. The CRX was made before the WRX. They may not be able to drift... but they are a big icon from when Honda made GOOD cars, not shitty econo-boxes.

Is there any history behind the WRX? Seriously.
Can you find something better to do with your time, instead calling me a homo, hoping that I will become one, and finally be yours forever? Seriously. Sick.

I did just say the CRX was an icon FOR HONDA. It still is. The SiR especially, with the B16a. 160hp = 1.6L N/A.

I did just ask if the WRX has any history, I don't feel like looking it up.

I hate to say it bud but the CRX is not an icon. It was a staple of the Honda line back in 88. The civic is an icon. It and the accord are the longest lasting lineup in honda.

Upon checking wikipedia the CRX's page is a blurb compared the the TRex and the WRX.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_CR-X
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subaru_WRX
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T_Rex
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RX7

The WRX has a long history of awesomeness and rally racing.
The CRX has a history of some autocross and drag racing.
The TRex has a history of being a white sunglass wearing UFC loving Dbag
The RX7 (i threw it in here, in case rx7 owners refer to thier cars as rex's also) is just plain confusing with its rotisserie......rotary

The WRX is more well written, because it is a more recent car.
The CRX is an icon, hence why it is being brought back as the CRZ.
Notice how a lot of cars today look like the CRX? General body style-wise. Look hard enough, you can see it.

Bringing in a T-Rex is just weird...

Bringing in a T-Rex is just weird...

The WRX is 17yrs old and still going strong.
The CRX died after 8 years. They let it sit and age for 18 years and hope they can produce some godsend concept that will boost sales.

And by the way, if you look at a bananna closely, you can see elements of cucumber. If you look at an ariel atom, you see elements of F1 cars.

I'm not trying to bash you or the CRX, I like the CRX. Your information is just incorrect.

I had a valid point of bringing it in. you originaly were arguing about who stole *ReX. Well techincally you both copied the TRex.

looks like pretty much every car out there i would say.

that 1980's box styling was way to good for its time.

im glad all the manufacturers lately have learned a thing or two about style.

I like to think of QCA as a punching bag.. that way when we see each other out in public we have got all our negativity out. Also, if it was so bad would we keep coming back?

Example, CReX/Canadian_ef/ Canadian_ef2 ... has been pretty much brutalized by our system and yet keeps coming back. There must be something of entertainment of here, if somebody is looking for enlightenment then join or religion or read a book. It is the internet and forum non the less, what the hell do people expect?

Yes it could probably be better, but most of us are set in our ways now. I originally joined this forum because Adrian told me it was hilarious but then I ended up liking most of you guys and it all worked out in the end.

Yeah, CReX if WReX would have posted that he would not have been banned, however I think he has earned that. WReX spent the first part of his forum life going through the meat grinder and he stuck around and now he is respected.

embarrasing like your girlfriend situation? or how about that belt squeel, or maybe popping your hood to show off that super sweet engine bay you had.

CreX your soooooooo gay, wow. No history behind the wrx??? give your head a shake! the subaru were pretty much built for the wrc and rallying with some of the best drivers in the world driving them. hahah cant believe you said wrx's have no history hahaha clearly you know nothing about being a car enthusiast. The crx is the worst and most god awful design for a car i've seen. It looks to me like the designers figured this car was going to be a complete waste of time and money so the decided to not finnish the rear end of the car and just ended it as it is. There is a reason why subaru still makes a wrx and honda doesnt make a crx. I have nothing against honda's, i like them, i use to own a prelude. But crx's are as gay as aids are!

Girlfriend, ex-girlfriend. yeah.
belt squeel. literally had gotten the car that day, and it was fixed the next day. simple alt. belt tightening.
popped my hood, to show you all what a 20 year old stock engine looks like. nothing special. it is still running, with no work done to it though.
