uh oh alignment issues

So I lowered my car and my alignment is messed up, I've called my regular places to get one done and they're saying all this shit about it not being able to get on their machine etc, and Taylor Volkswagen wants to charge me $350 because lowered cars require "special alignments". How can I get around this, is their somewhere I can get it done for the usual price I pay?

Thats a load of fucking shit, My 240 made it on and off the alignment rack at Hyundai and it was muuch lower. Btw looks good, saw it last night!

make sure your car has adjustable suspension parts then. an alignment won't do much if you can't adjust the camber.

Dont tell them its lowered when you make the appointment and if they say ask tell them it was like that when you got it and you think its stock. I think that would get you the going rate.

I just took mine to kal tire on mcdonald and got mine done.. How ever i needed to buy the stupid camber adjustment bolt to get it right.

Western... sometihng, alignment or something like that, on Ross Ave does them for like $35 starting. It depends on what is adjustable on your car though. I've had nothing but bad luck with Kal-Tire on McDonald street, but thats jsut my experience.

Ended up having Western do it for only $40 bucks, and they did a good job.

Well, they scratched the piss out of all 4 of my BBS RX rims, and the original bill of sale for those rims is $2200, so I don't think they would pay to get all new ones, so a custom paint job made me happy. But they were even dicks about getting my car saftied. But maybe I'l jsut had bad luck with them
