And then there is the actual business they conduct.

| I had no idea they were a business. Other then the apparel they sell on their websites.
I checked out that Skyline giveaway, gathering from the corporate sponsors involved, I would suspect it's going to be a free draw/door prize draw at that show.

I'll spare you the long history behind the owner. Fatlace itself is a boutique in Japantown, San Fransico. That store was opened knowing that it probably wouldn't make money, turns out that it was successful. So they just opened the illest boutique in L.A. People often don't take the time to actually research the people who run it and the amount of time and effot they put into it. It is impressive to me because they made something out of nothing, and I think that have made quite the cultural impact on the import scene in N.A.

I would agree they have been very influetial on the North American scene. You can see it everywhere. Actually I read this interview a few days ago. ----> http://fatlace.com/headquarters/mark-arcenal-interview-on-speedhunters-com/ Now I think Arsenal himself is an ok guy, you can tell he's really into what he does A real car guy. It's all the other douches on various forums that take Hellaflush way too serious, and have made me hate it before I ever started visiting the Fatlace website. "OMG those Rota's are bringing that car down, that shit is weak you need Works" "Dude, you live in your mom's basement" And just to post something that says yeah I love rare wheels too. But I don't need to bash on others.

| I always post that interview for people when they start bashing Mark Arcenal. In the end I think it is interesting because he is a car guy who doesn't race, sell or build cars for a living but has managed to make a living off of it. Besides there are idiots who take things to far on every car forum, it is best to hear it from the horses mouth. | |

oh ya? which american car company do i love ...considering I've only ever owned japanese vehicles other than one gmc for a 10 month period...good one Perrin, AMS, GTM? don't get me wrong they are all ok, and the GTM people are nice.... I am just saying is all. Also, you were knocking the J's racing S2k. I totally forgot that you owned a Jimmy, which is alot considering some of us have never owned an american auto. In Adam terms that is 100% more then I have owned.
