Drilling Companies In Regina.

Just looking for names, I've came to the conclusion that I can't get my car where I want it living the way I do and don't wanna give up drinking!

I have no idea if this is what you are actually looking for.

you want a job doing water wells or oil rigs, your not going to find a job for an oil rig in regina.

panther drilling is outta weyburn, eagle drilling is outta oxbow or carlyle, and big sky i believe is estevan, those are prob the only companies you wil find close to regina, but i know nabors tempco ensign and savanna all have rigs in southeast sask, but if your going to wanna get into the patch your going to have to travel. you wont be sleepin in your own bed gaurentee it

doesnt need to be oil, buddies working for north american started at 20 and is always back for weekends. 4 grand+ a month sounds real damn good. and I really dont want to move cause I moved about 2 months ago.

you will make 2 times more on an oil rig. You may be able to get on with a company down in the midale/estevan area who gives you an allowance for living to pay for your hotel room) work 2 weeks on then 1 week off.

This way you get payed 4 grand for 2 weeks...

Well coming from a family of construction workers and concrete workers, I've did my fair sure of bitch work.

Make no mistake, Rigs are hard ass bitch work. I think I could do it, but I strongly hate being cold, and winter here is such a frickin' nightmare. I;m not sure I could handle the winters outside, and keep on task.

Ohh BTW, don't search "drilling" for jobs, search "energy" most of those comanies are "such & such" Energy If you know what I mean. Also PM Turtle (Bogan) he does that kind of bitch work, he's twice the guy I am, but I still have a bigger penis.

you can dress to stay warm in the winter, you cant dress to stay cool in the summer. I only wore long johns twice last winter, i was working out side strathmore and three hills, it was only -20 tops, compared to the -46 i saw winter before around kindersly

only way your going to get a job paying a shit load of money with ZERO education is the rigs...either work down south or move to northern Alberta. period

why do you think you gotta move? regina's cost of living is low stay here and commute. You dont need any education to get on a rig, but you do need common sense or you wont last more than a day. Most companies have a physical and drug test you have to pass aswell. But if you do pass those, you cant be a whiney bitch either. keep your nose clean and dont drink all your money and dont go get a loan for 70g truck with your first cheque and you rich. save your money cause you usually at most work october to march. If you bank enough money you can ride EI for for the spring and summer. If not apply for a job locally most companies will look at your resume and see "rig hand" and hire you knowing that you can bust ass. Alot of the safety training and experience can transfer into other jobs, when you chose to get out of it.

I'd really rather not move away, as I said before my room mate got a job with north american construction and makes 4g+ a month, no experience and hes back for atleast 1 day a weekend. And for the whole career thing, I understand that if you stay at any place for an extended period of time you'll eventually make good money, but I dont wanna wait! Automotive videos are the biggest motivation for me lol.

incorrect, CAODC regulates wages for rig hands, you get paid on what position you work, a lease agreement might be worth more in one area than another but, that doesnt affect what the rig hands wage is, if you look at one of my first posts in this thread you will see an link to the COADC wage schedule

read my posts, you do not have to move. I live in regina, and i have worked all over central alberta and parts of saskatchewan I work 7 12hour night shifts then get 24hours off then 7 12 hour day shifts then 7 days off this is the standard 12 hour 2and1 rotation some companies in southern sask do 3 weeks of 8 hour shifts then 1 week off. 12 hour shifts are the way to go less time for you to waste your money inbetween shifts. You seem to be pretty horny about north american, why dont you apply with them? they arent a drilling company and from what your saying its less than half the money every month you would make as a green lease hand and your saying he is home for 4 days? If you are going to be away from home why not make twice the money and get more days off?
