| I'm sorry but those are hideous and you dont need extra downforce to drift so theres no form or function there. STUPID IMO. | |

You know that pretty much all the D1 cars have huge spoilers right. Also, don't people put roof spoilers on Hondas? There is more to say but I will stop there as it is your opinion. *Now I want to put those spoilers on my cars to angry Honda people.

You know that pretty much all the D1 cars have huge spoilers right. to add to this, professionals actually want to ADD grip while drifting, it helps you correct your line and hit the apex's properly. they use big wings and sticky sticky tires advan ad08's, toyo t1-r, falken rt615 etc. its pretty uncommon to find a pro drift car using garbage tires. when you start learning to drift you want the cheapest shit out there so you can break the tires loose easy and since youre practicing youll go through a ton of them. big wings are more common in D1GP because their tracks are alot higher speeds. its also nissan style, you wont find honda style sunken 15" rims on decent drift cars. drifting is flashy. make a flashy car. its a rolling car show

I also agree that drifting is flashy but that wing and roof spoiler isnt flashy in my eyes, a GT wing or something a bit simpler would help the car out. I'm a clean look kind of guy-- noumsayn.

| Keep in mind the spoiler on the s13 is play on the stock spoiler for late model 180's. So in Nissan talk that is keeping it simple. You don't just slap a GT wing on a 180. The rest of the car has to be just as aggressive. For example, there is no 180 in the city that could pull of the GT wing. Even said spoiler in said picture would be hard. | |

i dig. but that 326 power wing that droops down is basically just a oem 180sx type x wing enlarged. it just makes sense since the rest of the car has lower aero, wider fenders, wider wheels, big hood vents, the fenders have vents and even the mirrors have vents. it just flows with that big rice style, and rice is flashy. a gt wing screams "race" and that car is far from racey. edit: oh ryan ,go away.

| Looking at it again, if it didnt have the roof spoiler I would like the car a lot more. | |

Fuck yeah, that shits Awesome. Come on seriously look at that Civic it's hot. Same with that 180 with the roof spoiler and trunk spoiler. P.S. Nice sig Adrian. I still think that AE should have at least 250whp. Would you really want to drive a car that looks that balls out fast (& I do love that car) if only had 150whp? Then some kid with his hat on sideways in a new Civic Si would pump you on ring road one night.

| First and foremost to get on Canibeat I am sure the first requirement is a nice photo. Second the newest trend is this "function" built car, so of course Hondas are trying to dip into that and maybe being a Honda they will half ass it. I really have no issues with that Honda, however, I do remember telling Jhall a few months ago that tow hooks are apart of the new rice. | |
