Time for a new computer

Well, my computer is on the fritz. an ive been looking at getting a laptop for awhile, whats good to buy ? am i clueless when it comes to computers. any help would be appreciated !

I have been looking at a lap top for a little while now. Dells are legit and are always priced very well. If you have the money definitely go with a MAC they are too sick.

look into the sony vaio laptops, i've heard they're really good for the price

and stay away from hp laptops. they suck from top to bottom.

But like previously stated laptops suck unless YOU need to be mobile. a good built desktop will blow a laptop out of the water.

i prefer a laptop over a desktop any day. but thats just me. i dont have room for a computer desk anyway

ncix.com always has better deals. OTV here in regina have basically all the same prices but you dont have to pay for shipping.

Ive had no tuning my standalone with my sony vio laptop. It has the i5 processor shit, and im told its really good. all in all, it was 1100 from futureshop with a 2 year warranty, and ive had no issuses with it yet, its almost a year old. and the battery still gets 5 hours out of a charge.
