I agree we should make it more towards the end of the summer, late august early september so we can get word of mouth really going. 1 week isnt a long time to let people know about the biggest meet of the summer.

i dont get why we cant have just a QCA meet.. why are we trying to make posters and turn this into some fucking show and shine.

i agree, was just talking to someone about this. it isnt a car show people it's a qca meet. if people arent on the forum then they shouldnt show up

too cool for everybody else in regina? if we advertised it we can teach everyone about QCA, so many people I talk to have never heard of the site. it wont be any different from any other meet if its just the people on the forums...

Well first off, the decided date thus far, is way to early if you want a decent meet. There's gonna be a handfull of people not able to make it due to other plans. Why not make it later in September? Who cares if it's not actually summer still even. When I think a QCA meet, I think just meeting up and in a parking lot with a BBQ or something.

Some people are saying, 'why have a meet without advertising, it's just gonna be the same people as usual'... Well usually a meet will have 10 cars at best show up. Though we are all a part of QCA, we don't all always hang out together or cruise together. There are still different groups. Summer meet should be everyone getting together rather than small groups of memebers. Look at the meet last year...there were like, 30 cars there...because people from here all met up together. There was no BBQ, but it was still fun.

I really think making posters is a waste of time. Sure it's good to get the word out, but makingposters for a meet a week in advance is kinda ridiculous. Plus, it's a meet for fuck sake, not a show and shine.

This is how I feel anyway. Again...I miss the good ol' days Sad

I agree that making posters a week in advance is pretty much pointless, I realized this about halfway through making it lol.
