Car Accident Sgi money!

So i got in an accident, but it wasnt my fault. So i got my car estimated and they said damages are 4800. The passenger quarter panel is destroyed and i will need a new one. My question is, i wanted to get a lip kit on my car, can i use the sgi money to do so? As well as fix the damage? Also which is the best bodyshop?

If your bodyshop is willing to do it for you then sure. chances are you will have to pay a bit extra if the parts you ant to put on cost more than what SGi is willing to pay.

Do you know of any shops that might do it? My friend said A & B and Auto extreme are good and will probably do it. Any input on those shops?

Most shops will do it. It is just a matter of them wanting to do the extra math in the office etc.

A&B does great work. Just don't expect anything custom to be done quick. If it is just bolt on stuff then it should be just like any other claim.

Auto Extreme. Stay away. Stay FAR away. I don't know if they have cleaned up their act lately, but in the past they pulled some pretty shady stuff like quoting one price and then charging a completely different price when it came time to pick the car up.
