I have a response to this story.

You do not come into the fucking store 5 minutes after close with your family and demand that your flat tire be repaired. If you try this bullshit-and are an asshole about it-while I'm working, I WILL tell you to come back tomorrow politely. If you continue to push me for said repair, I'll get the store manager and you can speak to him, if you begin to talk bad about me specifically to other customers while I'm standing right behind you, I will proceed to the doors, lock ONE of them, and tell you that if you want a tire repair so badly right after close, I'll lock you inside the store and you can wait until morning when someone is comes in. If you continue to push me, I'll leave and lock the door behind me, and proceed to do a four wheel drift out of the parking lot. If I know what you drive, I'll aim for it just to make you shit your pants.

The moral: If you're going to come in and be a dick to me right after closing time, you'll get one warning before I tell you to fuck right off.

Not the exact same situation, but similar for me when I was working at a restaurant, closing by myself.

You do NOT come into a restaurant, 5 mins before the kitchen closes, and order a meal for you and 10 of your buddies. Fuck... 2 small pizzas, 7 burgers, some nachos, and poutines on every single fucking burger... I half-assed all of it, and didn't make them properly. Some were a little cold, but I was gone by the time they realized it.
