i ask for one bushing in the passenger rear to be done.

i have them order that, and am getting them to install it. (ive left my car there for 4 days now..

i call today, asking how the car is doing.. they said the parts are here, but its goin to take 4 hours to do, since they are doing the back ones and front ones.

i told him that i only wanted the back one done, and i made that VERY clear on monday.

so now i have to talk to this guy AGAIN, and say the same thing AGAIN, that i only want the fuckin rear bushing done.

i figured it out with the guy there, got them only doin the rear one, but its just going to take till early tomorrow morning.

Lol, just kidding. Yeah, service writers are only to make orders to do what the customer instructed them to do. If a car needs anything else, the customer is to be contacted and notified. What this guy did is a great way to piss people off and lose customers.

I would feel safer if you were working if i ever came tehre.

Thai! why was my battery disconnected when I was in for the nail to be patched in my tire??
Clock/climate control was all reset and now my car has to be boosted for it to start.

kal tire always does my tires for free. doesnt matter where you buy them.


but recently iv been going to where i bought my tires as i have life time warranty.

well i thought i figured out, guess not.

they said they would work on it first thing today... i go there at 530, just right pissed, since i havent gotten a call yet.

they took off my whole lca, and ordered the wrong bushing..

soooo.. now im waiting till late next week since its a holiday. FML and FUCK CANADIAN TIRE, last time i ever do business with them, ever.
