| Alright so im putting 15" wheels on my civic.
the only problem is that its resting on the studs, and not the hub.
now i called kaltire and he said that, if you have a tapered nut you should be fine.
is this true orrr?
Help me out ASAP.

| I used to run my wheels like that for years with no problems. But you CAN buy hubcentric rings for cheap to fix that. | |

| this is bad. The wheels you picked, are not the correct hub size for your car. You will need hubcentric rings either made or purchased that have teh same ID as the hub, and the same OD as the wheel bore. Soemthing tells me the tappered lug nuts are just a band-aid fix. | |

| As Marshal stated Hub-rings are the best bet. I have run steelies without in the past, you just have to be very careful how you tighten the lug nuts up. With out rings you need to spin the wheel as you tighten the nuts to make sure they center the wheel. Come see me, we can figure something out. I will need to see the wheel (for measurements). | |
