just pm soup. if you wanna take pictures of the event im sure we will be willing to ablidge, the shirts have all the sponsors on the back and the title text from the posters on the front. volunteers get orange, drivers blue, soup some sort of mystery color i think yellow. more helpers the more organized and more fun everyone can have! we have lots of water for volunteers purchased as well. Smile

the earlier the better. I know as soon as we get there and start setting some stuff up I'll have to run back into to the city to L & M and pick up some of the stereo equip. Might need help, not sure yet tho, possibly get my brother to help me out...

i think thats plenty, its a smaller track so they really wont be sweeping a whole lot

Thanks everyone for signing up to volunteer, now we have enough people to get the course cleared fast and also be able to have sweepers go in shifts so their not out on the track all day. Marshall, we could use you and a few other volunteers as marshalls too, or both, doesn't matter. Dave mentioned to me yesterday that they could help out the judges when cars do dirt drops etc.

So for our volunteers be at the track as early as you can, those of us setting this up will probably meet up at like superstore before 7, then go out together so you guys are welcome to come out with us then if you can.
