I'm trying to round up some people as well, but they are dropping like flies. There will be 2 of us for sure, but I won't be there until 12:30 or 1.

The shirts are hot pink. The hottest pink anyone has ever seen.

To put it nicely. They are "pretty".

There are shirts for the drivers and shirts for the volunteers, and also a sick official ID badge. We are looking for more than 1 or 2 people to sweep so they can switch out and not have to stand out on the track the entire time. We can work something out where some guys sweep for a bit then switch with the guys keeping people out of the pit. Practice runs start around 8 or 830 til 12, then qualifying and elimination rounds starting around 1pm til we have a winner.

PM Soup if you can sweep/marshall/volunteer for this event, we would like to have a list before the event, volunteers get a shirt, ID badge, into the after party with $12 all you can eat pizza and pop, but most of all the satisfaction of helping drifting in Sask!

what time should volunteers be there by?

Well if it is a t shirt you want I would say earlyish as there is only a limited amount of shirts. So first come first serve... we will be there by 7:00 AM... but I would say maybe 12:30 or so.

It would be best to be there in the morning, there are practice runs starting by 830 and we will need sweepers to keep the track clean then as well and for the qualifying which starts at 1 and the elimination rounds which follow after that.

media folks don't get a shirt but they get a sweet badge!

I'll be there as early as I can... Perhaps 8sh..... So I get ma medium hawt pink shirt and sick ass badge.... Whether I be sweeping volunteering or as a transltor I don't care but I'll be helping.... Bring it on boys

how do i join the media Crew? i'll be brining along all my cameras.. For documentation.
i will also volenteer if there are still needed on the day off.. ill be ther eearly ..9 or 10
