body shop needed to cut fender

anyone know of a body shop that would open my fender for side markers.its just a small square cut on each side. i cant trust myself. i know this might have been talked b4 but i need fresh advise. im bored, broke and i've have these things laying around for a while already. thanks

A&B autobody will do it, they did for my civic years ago, did a really good job, and the install is pretty simple after that, I used S2000 sidemarkers and they looked great. I can't remember what they charged me, but it was pretty reasonable.
