cept i think i got jewed for my steering wheel i ordered

so hopefully i can get paypal to get my money back

If i got the springs should i get the shocks too? or you think i could use my stock struts and shocks?

You can you stockers if you wanted to. I have springs on stock struts on my saturn, but it can get pretty bouncy at times..
