Digital Camera Suggestions

Corey, send me some prices and the model and I'll tell you how good they are.

I picked up a sweet camera at future shop if they still got it a Kodak i forget the model ill get back to you but 12x optical zoom and everything its sick

ok..i'm starting a photography thread..

Start a thread where people can post cool pics of there cars at good photospots someone off this sites car should make it into a magazine one day

I've narrowed it down to a Canon after some further reasearch.
I hope to pick one up tomorrow so ill have it before car arrrives.

Make sure it has a decent amount of optical zoom and don't be taken in my digital zoom....it is garb.
Cannon, nikkon or pentax are you best choices for lenses as far as I recall. I know the last two make their own lenses and I am 85% sure Cannon does as well.

Check to see if you can adjust shutter speeds and if you can set it for differnt quality of light as these will all affect the quality of your picture. (ie: Fluorescent, sunlight, overcast, incandescent) and yes get something with a decent amount of megapixels but no need to go overboard.

agreed...more optical zoom, better..

My cameras got 12x optical zoom:)

i dont know how much optical zoom i got but it goes all the way from 75-300 lol

I went and looked today and i kinda got my eye on a Canon powershot A560.

Well the reason i want it is to take pictures of my CAR!
Maybe others but mostly mine.

Thats the kodak i have, great camera amazing zoom although few little glitches it doesnt come with a rechargable battery so you have th epurchase it extra otherwise it eats batteries like crazy, and second sometimes the auto focus screws up

Guy at my work his grandpa owns Audio Warehouse.
So next weekend at lunch we going to drop by there and see what i can find there.
