Overall a good meeting. Nice to see some new faces out and some of you others really need to get your beauty sleep!

Thanks to all those who made it out. Its good to see people are interested in supporting this and making the effort to come out instead of supporting from behind their computer screens and then complaining when nothing ever happens.

I will keep everyone updated as to the situation with the practice and competition dates. I will also let people know if there is going to be a school or not.

Thanks also to Ryan for getting a facebook group started...that shit is way too complicated for me.

i'll have to check the rules, but to be on the safe side at this point i would have to say no

Settle down.

Drift events are organized and run under QCMA. Because QCMA is a registered car club in the WCMA it has rules to follow. Those rules include a section on drifting. If ASN or whoever the insurer is says that the hatch has to be attached, then the hatch HAS to be attached.

What he means is turning his car into a gay truck. Completely irrelevant.

What is QCMA's rules on roll cages/bars?

The rules are in the WCMA rulebook. For autocross read the Solo2 section, for drifting, read the road racing section.
