It's really good! Can you clear coat or anything to protect it now?

Im thinking you can, but i don't know much about painting and how marker would hold up to it being sprayed on. Something that might work is getting a clear
vinyl put on it?

except almost anything you use to prep the surface to remove grease will smudge the marker.
If youre serious, go to a autobody supply store and get yourself some surface prep, thatll probably be your only chance of not smudging the marker.

youre probably better off wrapping it in clear vynal or just trying to keep a layer of wax on the hood

agreed with marshal, to put clear on it you need to rough the surface to make the clear hold to the panel. sharpie looks great under tho I have done it before.

I mostly just pretend but I think those picture look really good. If you are shooting in raw or a big enough file feel free to crop. Your action shots are really good. I find that every car is different, Conroy's car can be shot at a higher shutter speed because it makes enough smoke. That way you never really loose the feel of the drift. However, everybody loves motion blur so knock your shutter speed down and get good a panning.

A good example of this would be the Shot of Logan, If you shot that corner at hight speed it may be a lot more crisp. But your Shot of Nick at a slower speed would really increase the sense of speed.

Otherwise watch your exposures and your shadows in your non-action shots and remember the rule of thirds. But most of all, find your own style, everyone is always aspiring to be someone else instead of doing what they think is cool. So that means, take everything I say with a grain of salt, including this.
