Hmm, can you fill me in on whether or not its a certain type of helmet needed?

DOT and at least Snell 2000. There is club helmets too

Where is the best/cheapest place to pick up a helmet.

come down, borrow a helmet for the first few times and see if you wanna continue. No point in spending 150-200$ (or what ever they cost) on a helmet if you decide running at the track is "to hard on your vehicle", or if you dont like it.

I'm interested in trying so if I go at 1230 and pay the 30.00 I can walk the course and get a feel then come back at 4 but I have to leave at 5 to pick someone up so can I have a passenger with as long as they have a helmet on. My tires and suspension suck but I'm sure I would pass just not great autocross setup. Anyone else from here going is there a limit to how many people they let in and race.

How should I know what class my car Stock class H whens its stock I guess I have an aftermarket rear sway so thats one and my rims are 17 so thats one but i have lowering springs so thats 3 points for a total 5 not

cory you can use my motorbike helmet... it fits nice and it is dot and snell2000

im pretty sure we will start at like 1, or a little after. not 4

I'll be there at like 12 gotta fix my seat and belt and check my tires and forget doing a valve lash and I'll deal with my exhaust hitting my sway bar some other time but what class am I help me?

Will there be another event next Sunday? I think I will pass up on this one seeing as I gotta go over my car and make sure it is going to pass safety with ease tomorrow morning.

It was an awesome day right up until the very last run, which was the Skyline, when my motor decided it was too good for the motor mounts and slid foreward pusing the fan into the rad, destroying it. And I got to ride home with Jim from Evan's Towing.








Finally I sucked it up and started modeling a 1990 GTS4 on a flatbed. lol







Somebody from this forum with a silver civic. You rolled up and then left. You should have stayed. Your SiR or whatever kind it was would have done amazing today. The track was so tight and technical the 2 Honda/Acura's did awesome

BTW, before we broke down we did get FTD by 1 second I believe.
