| got a chip in my windshield on my winter car, don't want it to crack...... also don't wanna go pay 50 dollars for some guy to spend 5 minutes fixing it....
you guys know of any repair kits you can buy to do it yourself?

| Pay the $40 to have it filled, it's better then replacing a cracked window. I think that chip doctor guy is even cheaper. But if you don't want to do that you can buy a do it yourself chip repair kit for about $15. I've seen them at P-Auto and CDN Tire. http://www.permatex.com/videos/video_windshield_eng.html | |

| i ended up getting it done professionally at novus autoglass.... pricier.... but they do actually drill it up instead of giving you a litte peg to dig the glass out with.... all the other steps are like identical to the film.... just he had better tools... if i had seen this i woulda got the repair kit from can tire... it looks like it works! next time. thanks for the help | |

| i have a kit to fix chips.... but not the best at doing them i fo install windshields tho so if it does crack lemme know | |
