You work there, what's the reserve on it? And now since it didn't sell, does the owner owe you auction fees, and can you erase them?

I used to work at Auction in Calgary and I would often buy the cars that didn't sell, just call the owner up and offer to erase the Auction fees....bam $100 car! and the girls up front would clear the fees for me.

Meh. I guess if it runs and drive fine, its hard to argue with a running car for much less. I bought my last Jetta parts car for $400 and drove it all winter before tearing it apart.
