After reading Shift_Now's post of getting his Benz searched, I decided to search up a video i saw long ago in Law class. I highly suggest everyone to watch it, very beneficial!

Yes this goes for Canada. It's a very good video to watch cause i was completly obilivous to what were my rights before this. Watch show's like say "Cops" and they always trick the people into giving them th e right to search their car. Unless cop see's something then they can bust your ass.

Careful with saying it is the same in Canada.

Canadian Laws are VERY different then american laws in regards to things like this.

I didn't watch the video but I think I know which one it is. I'm not saying that in this case the laws are different but in alot of cases american law is out to lunch compared to canadian law.

Well when we touched base on rights in Law class this video was used as an example.

But hey if you haven't got anything to hide and want it to go smoothly then I say who cares let them search your shit then be on your way.

Just try your best not to give cops a reason to pull you over.
