it is cracked way worse than expected, i thought it was a small crack on the bottom but it split the whole side open.
it isnt the money it is the time, im a busy man!!
God knows how long to get a new oil pan, and changing it is going to take awhile.

just found out oil pan removal and install requires moving the engine up 4 inches, getting the freeon taken out(purge the refidgerant or whatever you want to call it) of the air conditioner cause one of the hoses is in the way and has to be removed, subframe removal and a million other things.
jb weld would be much easier.

I just read a story of a guy repairing his oil pan with jb and a whole corner got ripped off.
and a guy fixing his transmission casing with jb weld.
My car goes to the dealership on thursday for a new pan but I am going to jb weld it tommorow, so I can drive it for the rest of the week.

Crack was huge and went all the way around the welds on the bottom.
Doesn't leak at all and im driving it now with a jug of 5 dollar engine oil, until it goes into audi which is now next month.
