Who else here CAN'T FUCKING WAIT for this game to be released. The Prologue blew my mind and I am sure it's going to be 10000% as much a game. It's going to be unreal ripping the Nurburgring in the Amuse S2K, SHIT! I also can't wait to see how the damage looks as well as the WRC debut in the game.
For all of you who haven't seen the trailer, here it is:

- Realistic damage - Custom soundtrack (MP3s on the HDD) - 1000 cars - Head movement tracker using the PSEye (If you don't know what this means, I'll tell you. It means that if you're in cockpit view and you decide to pull a sweet looking drift, you can turn your head and look into the turn rather than where the car is facing all thanks to your head movements) - Youtube replay output - etc. etc.

I've never really been interested in it up until now. The release of Prologue kinda pissed me off for some reason, but now I'm looking forward to it again.
Damaged WRX alert, sorry Adam.

Gran Turismo has awful driving dynamics it feels like your moving a greased up monkey around the track except that monkey sounds more realistic then GT games sound like...... dont think my opinion is from someone who has never played Grand Turismo, i own almost everyone except the ps3 one

Personally speaking, I think it just depends on what you're used to. I mean, I'm a huge GT fan, and I think it's difficult creating realistic game (why is why they call it a "simulation), but I've played Forza, thought the controls were shit, but then i got used to it. I could then practically do anything I want. Hell, playing San Andreas I thought the car controls were shit, but there I am rallying down a rally track in my psuedo-WRX I will give you this though: you can't do drift donuts in the GT games easy. It's possible with a steering wheel, but with analog, you're sort of fucked.
I have found many games where I can adapt to their physic, but I have yet to find a game where I can call realistic. Until you buy a car yourself and personally drive it around Tsukuba, it will only be a simulation and "simulation" always means different things for different production companies.

forza is the arcade racing game of driving simulators. haha. I dont see professional drivers using forza to get to know tracks and cars...
