| So I got to say last nights drift event was Awesome. Soup did an amazing job with it and Adam, Kris and Jon all deserve credit for volunteering to help out. Never have seen people put their cars through the paces like they did last night. Adrian drifted in spite of horrible wheel fitment and mangied (spelling?) our faces off, while shooting a little bit of sparks. I swear he had 8 last runs but just kept coming back for more.
Jordan ran no hood and went balls out on every run and even combated the tire wall and came victorious.
Jesse figured out his car and gave up huck turns and started drifting for real, high speed entries and all. He may have even went through a set of tires.
Even I managed to improve slightly and actually get the back out of my car out. I think I owe both Jon and Adrian a thank you for sitting through all my shitting driving and for all the driving advice. All and all it was a great practice. With only 7 drivers, we all had a great go around.
As a side note I would like to congratulate both Corey and Evan for getting their cars driveable, as rotary builds and SR swaps are no small feat. | |
