Im most likely buying one sub, a 2 channel amp, and some 6x9s once it warms up. Will it matter if i hook the sub and the speakers both through the amp?

Im pretty sure you would have to buy a seperate 4 channel amp, A lot smaller amp so you dont blow the speakers.

If you are getting a sub then don't bother spending the extra cash on 6x9's. Get some 6.5's for your mids. Also get a mono amp for the sub. It will sound better and go louder without wrecking anything.
