| Step #1 take oil pan off Step #2 get a hammer and pound it out Step #3 re-install oil pan and remember to put oil in the engine Step # 4 no more worries... Why is this such a complicated question??? | |

(it might also be because dsm's wont run even without a dented oil pan ) but if i was going to fix it on the civic.... i would drill a hole, screw in a dent pulled, pull it out, then plug the hole with some kind of weatherhead fitting of some sort. pulling the pan is probably alot of laybor.. im assuming it wont just drop down. i didnt really look though.

| Just take off the oil pan and fix it with a hammer. They come off pretty easy... I am pretty sure about this, pretty much every D-series pan is dented from before 1995, unless the car was never lowered. | |
