Close call today...

Okay, I have a story. Did something stupid, but it was really funny.
I went to go pick this girl up from school today in the CRX. It is not plated right now... but it has a plate on it. I put my expiry date sticker on it too... stupid, eh?
Well... we ripped onto the highway. Fucking loud exhaust... I get to the turnoff to my town, and there is a cop behind me. I turn in, he turns his lights on, I pulled over.

So I say, "What appears to be the problem officer?"
license and registration, as usual. I told him my registration is at home... got scared for a second.
So he says...
"Do you think your car is a race car?"
"Nah, everything on it is stock. That loud exhaust came with it."
"Well, I could hear you from the Subway in Balgonie. So I decided to come see what was going on. You were accelerating very hard when going on the highway. There have been many complaints about cars doing that."
FUCK. I was speeding the whole way home too. 130 instead of 110.
But he let me off with a warning...??????
The car wasn't even plated! Haha... I told the girl it was... then told her the truth after. She laughed.
Apparently she has a Celica in the works too. Cool I guess? A girl that knows shit about cars... Awesome. She is my friend now. Lol.

I am a god damn lucky kid, I tell you. No ticket or anything.

ya not all cops are complete pricks. some are. Same thing goes for everything in life though, not just cops. (teachers, parents, friends, hookers...)

Kinda reminds me of when I was going to O'neill's slosh a few years ago. I got pulled over, just cause they were pulling everyone over for precautionary reasons. I was clean, so it was cool. He then asked me if I knew where I was going, and I didn't really, so I just told him I didn't. He then proceeded to give me very specific directions.

And yea, the RCMP in balgonie are usually the biggest douschebags in the world. I've gotten more hassle from them than for anything. I swear, whenever something went down at the school, the two cop cars would come in, lights flashing, sirens wailing and then proceed to powerslide into the gravel parking lot and stay parked in the handicapped stalls. Its like Dog River.

lol i think that was my grade 12 year they gave me directions aswell even though i knew exactly where it was
