| Good question Layne. Allow me to field this for you.
I have found in the past few weeks that DVDs are pretty simple to come by, they should in theory have it. The problem is with Blu rays, it seems as if some retailer such as Walmart have not been ordering enough in that format causing a bit of a shortage. For example, I tried to pick up blu ray on Friday but much to my dismay I found that the it was sold out 4 days after its release. With all that being said i was told that Walmart has an abundance of copies now. I also assume that Walmart would not have over looked popularity of "The Dark Knight" and probably ordered extra, especially with Christmas looming around the corner. In short, I would say try one Walmart but if they don't have it the others probably don't either.
