| Ok, so since the sunday trip was cancelled and what not, I propose a new one. This weekend? Same place, bring your cameras, 4x4s, tow ropes, ect. How's that sound? Would there still be any interest in this sort of thing, if so, lets choose a day that would work | |

I plan to go out on wednesday to check it out, anyone got directions? | |

| well, hopefully Jason will pipe uo here. him and I had everything figured out on Google Maps, but I don't remember. I think you co up Sherwood Forest Rd, and turn right, instead of going into the resort. correct me if I'm wrong. | |

| yes sir that would be the way you go, youll see the gavel road that leads to a gavel pit on the left, to the right is some crazy trails. the camry had a good time there one night. | |

| easiest way to get there is to go up McCarthy, take your first left after you exit the city (Armour Road) , drive for a long time, and when you come up to a sign that says Sherwood Forest <-------------- (arrow)turn the opposite direction. (meaning turn right). Keep going for a little while and you will see some pits of your left hand side. Those are the small ones. Right across the street are the BIG pits, but you cant see them from the road. | |

| Well after a whole lot of getting side tracked and detour's we made it! I ended up getting plumped in wee bit of mud, marshall pulled me out then I got peer pressured to take a 2nd go at it and got stuck even worse! After that whole mishap was out of the way Marshall being the rather brilliant guy he is tries to make it through then he gets stuck hahaha! Well after this we ended up at the pits and the rest of the day was clear sailing. I took a total of 2 pictures which were on my cellphone so crappy quality, Marshall had a digi camera out there so I assume he will post up some better pictures. | |

| FWD doesn't equal drifting. But lets not get into that. The digital camera is lost somewhere in my jeep at the moment. So hopefully I'll find it ASAP. The only real mishap that happend is now the battery in my jeep is toast, and hopefully there is just alot of mud stuck in my rims and that is what is causing all my vibrations. | |
