The K- series swap saved older gen civic's and integra's so much, there is alot more potential with them now performance-wise. And obviously being some of the most modified import cars for years there is tons of aftermarket support for every aspect of the car.

If I was building my own, it would still revolve around an H22 swap. Must have a JDM LSD trans.

Roughly the same power as a K20 and its actually less work than the K20 to put in for half the money. H22a for the win. K20 are awesome though, such smooth power.

G23 build is around 5gs, f23 iron block, k20 pistons H22 head is what id build if I was 2.

a stock engined 126hp AE86 doesn't need 9"-10" of tires under fender flares to be a track star. I can promise you that is a fact. Not only that, but an AE86 with proper sized wheels and equally sticky rubber will actually be faster around the same track. This has proven over and over again, it's very easy to over tire a low hp car.

But I mean, of course I know you guys honestly don't care about that. It's like a bunch of crack addicts around here, willing to make any excuse necessary to justify it.
