How to paint a grill!!!!!!!

Hello, I'm looking to customize a grille(flat black), how would guys recomend painting it cause I want the paint to stick well and not have to repaint it every year cause of chipping.

-remove grill
-sand grill
-primer grill
-paint grill
-cleat coat grill
-reinstall grill

use tremclad.

i subscribe to the who "who the fuck cares if you have to paint it every year its fucking spray paint" group.
so just paint the shit out of it
or use spray on plasti dip will never chip, will last forever, and when you want to take it off you can just peel it like a sticker.

this. except for the clear coat part. unless you want it shiny.

and make sure you clean it good before primer

you can get flate clearcoat.
